Management Team
• Paul
Savin CEO
Paul has been developing and delivering software applications for financial service
firms since 1996. Most recently Mr. Savin worked for Javelin Technologies from
2000-2002, where he was Managing Director and creator of the FIXBox/Instant Integrator
division. He also designed, developed and implemented front-end trading blotters
used by Institutional clients for electronic trading.
He was a founder and Chief Technology Officer for Core Development Systems, a
software consulting company, based in New Jersey. The company built systems across
a variety of platforms for companies such as Salomon Brothers, Telcordia, and
Voxware. His main assignment at Salomon Brothers, for over three years, was to
develop and support their internal FIX infrastructure.
• Gregory
J. Nadan CIO
Mr. Nadan has been providing mission critical IT and technology based solutions
to the financial services and telecommunications industries for the past 10 years where he has built a solid
reputation for on-time and under-budget delivery of reliable systems that meet
or surpass the client's business requirements. He joins the company with more
than eight years of senior level management experience in marketing, developing,
selling, installing and operating Internet based information systems.
Most recently he was the general manager of Nadan & Associates with six full-time
employees providing services to clients such as Merrill Lynch and Avis. Prior
to heading his own firm he led and managed the Internet division of Channell
Communications specifying and delivering web site systems and information products
to clients such as New York Life Insurance, JP Morgan Chase, Cantor Fitzgerald,
and Verizon.
• Sam Goldberg COO
Sam has been managing, architecting, and developing enterprise application systems for Human
Resource Outsourcing (HRO) at Electronic Data Systems (EDS), ExcellerateHRO and Towers Perrin
since 2000. These systems were provided as hosted applications in EDS’s Global Secure
Network, and were used by more than seventy clients to streamline administration of employee
pensions, health, and other fringe benefits. Clients were mainly Fortune 500 companies, including
UPS, American Express, AIG, ING, and Washington Mutual.
As project manager and senior developer at Towers Perrin, Sam led a team in development of the
dbConnectTM pension administration system. This application was selected as one
of the winners of the 2005 Application
Development Trends Innovator Awards.
• Ramcess
Jean-Louis Strategic Partnerships
Most recently Mr. Jean-Louis worked for Javelin Technologies and NYFIX, Inc.
from 2000-2003, where he was VP Corporate and Business Affairs. Ramcess earned
his Bachelors of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University
and his Juris Doctorate from Columbia School of Law.
• Helena
Cabezas VP - Marketing
Helena was founder and CEO of Marketing firm, Sazas Design, Inc., providing graphic
design services and strategic planning since 2000. The focus of Sazas has been
the financial industry as well has the high end goods market.
Prior to that Helena was an associate at Brandstorm, where she created print
campaigns and conceptualized product branding for financial firms such as Javelin
Technologies, NYFIX and Datek. Originally from Bilbao Spain, Ms. Cabezas has
two degrees in Fine Arts specializing in communication design. She speaks five
languages and has experience customizing U.S. product marketing content for audiences
in Europe and Asia. |
